Buyer may return the unopened and uninstalled product(s) within 10-days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number is required.
Shipping costs to return items to us is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. All other shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Products that have been opened, installed, or attempted to have been installed may not be returned for a refund.
Defective products will be serviced or replaced according to the product warranty. Contact the Certified Technician that performed the product installation to have your unit repaired and/or replaced according to the specific product warranty.
